─ 01 · Challenge
The challenge.
WineDo curates 300+ premium spirits across 50+ global brands, delivered Estonia-wide in one to three days. The product is excellent. But premium D2C alcohol can't run open paid acquisition due to platform restrictions, and the audience — gift-buyers and connoisseurs — lives in pockets across Instagram, Facebook, and Russian-speaking communities in Estonia. They needed consistent social presence in three languages without the cost of an in-house content team — a quiet, compounding inbound engine, not flash-in-the-pan ad spend.
─ 02 · Work
The work.
We run the social engine; we did not build winedo.ee — the storefront belongs to the client. Eight agents share the work. Topic-research agents pull weekly trends in spirits and cocktails across the ET / EN / RU markets. Three copywriter agents (one per language) draft Instagram and Facebook posts tuned to brand voice. A brand-visual agent queues paired imagery from the stock library or generates AI variants where platform rules allow. A scheduler-publisher agent handles cadence; an engagement-monitor agent watches inbound DMs. A senior human editor reviews every post before scheduled publish, and the founder approves monthly editorial direction.
─ 03 · Outcome
The outcome.
Steady inbound: 1,200+ qualified inquiries per quarter across the three social channels, with strong conversion on gift-occasion content. Followers compound month-on-month. Content cadence holds at 90+ posts per quarter, sustained over twelve months. The founder reports the content engine pays for itself within the first 60 days each quarter — every additional inquiry is profit.
Process · 4 phases
01
Audit
Week 1
Reviewed existing channels, audience, and content history. Defined the three content pillars and four gift-occasion campaigns per year. Mapped agent roles against the editorial workload.
02
Voice + calendar
Week 2
Built brand voice docs in three languages, tuned for each copywriter agent. Ninety-day editorial calendar tied to Estonian retail cycles. Approved by the founder.
03
AI production cadence
Ongoing
Topic research → copywriter agents (EN / RU / ET) → brand-visual curator → senior editor review → scheduler. 30+ posts per channel per quarter. Every post passes through human review before it goes live.
04
DM funnel + monitoring
Ongoing
An engagement-monitor agent triages inbound DMs and routes high-value gift-basket conversations to the founder. Templated answers handle FAQs. Monthly leak-fix on the funnel; editor sign-off on tone drift.

“We don't run flash sales. We run a brand. The team built a content engine that brings people who already want what we sell.”
