─ 01 · Challenge

The challenge.

Fruit Lab OÜ imports fruit and vegetables directly from Spain and Poland to Estonia on a run model: customers pre-order, a truck makes the trip, and pickup happens within one to two days, with the cold chain held at +2…+6°C. That model doesn't fit a standard shop template — the site had to explain how runs work, take orders without heavy payment infrastructure, and serve two audiences at once: households and B2B (HoReCa and offices). In three languages.

─ 02 · Work

The work.

We built the site on Next.js and Vercel — 40 commits, March to July 2026. The B2C side is a 20-product catalog with cart and wishlist, with orders routed through WhatsApp via five wa.me touchpoints, plus weekly fruit boxes at €19.90, €29.90, and €44.90. The B2B section targets HoReCa and offices with a calculator priced by employee count. The site ships in ET / EN / RU with a 27-URL sitemap, robots rules covering AI crawlers, and schema.org markup across LocalBusiness, Product, Offer, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, and SearchAction. GA4 and Meta Pixel run behind cookie consent. We also run the Instagram, @fruitlabtallinn.
