Online store in 14–21 days
A full store on Shopify or WooCommerce: product catalogue, payments, shipping and stock control set up and verified with real orders — not a demo you'll spend months finishing yourself.
Price
€4,490
Timeline
14–21 days
Who it is for
Who this package is for
- You sell physical products and currently take orders over Instagram DM or WhatsApp
- You have a catalogue of 20–500 products that needs a proper platform with payments and stock
- Your current store runs on an outdated platform, is slow on mobile, or you're afraid to update it
- You need card payments, shipping cost calculation and stock tracking — without reconciling an Excel sheet by hand
- You need a store in several languages for buyers in different countries
This isn't for you if
- You need complex logic: a multi-vendor marketplace, subscriptions with custom billing, or contract-based B2B pricing — that's a headless project scoped separately
- Your catalogue is over 5,000 SKUs with heavily variable attributes — worth discussing separately, a standard Shopify/WooCommerce build won't hold up at that volume
- You need it by tomorrow morning — the honest minimum is 14 days even for a small catalogue

Results
What this gets you
Payments processed without manual work
The customer pays by card on the site, the order and payment status show up immediately — no manually reconciling bank transfers.
Product page in 2.5 seconds instead of 8–10
Measured before and after on mobile data, PageSpeed screenshots included in the report.
Checkout in 3 steps
Fewer abandoned carts at checkout — measurable in analytics by started versus completed orders.
Stock stays accurate
A sold item is automatically hidden or marked out of stock — no manual updates across channels.
You edit products and prices yourself
Adding a product, changing a price or stock level — without contacting us or paying for each edit.
Important note
We don't promise a specific sales volume or conversion percentage — that depends on demand, your prices and how you run advertising. We're accountable for what's measurable: the store takes payment, tracks stock, works on mobile and gets indexed.
Not included
What's not included
- A multi-vendor marketplace with independent sellers
- Custom subscription logic or contract-based B2B pricing
- Integration with a warehouse or accounting system beyond basic stock tracking
- Product photography or video
- A logo and brand identity from scratch — that's a separate brand package
- Ongoing SEO or advertising work after launch
- Uploading a catalogue beyond 300 products — priced separately, per batch
- Language versions without a translation provided
- Payment provider fees, domain and hosting costs
The payment provider's fee (typically 1.5–2.9% per transaction), the domain (€15–20 a year) and hosting or the platform's plan are paid directly to the provider by you — so all access and sales income stay in your name.
Price
What it costs
- Payment: 50% up front, 50% at launch
- Prices are final amounts, no VAT added on top (Vorantis OÜ is not VAT-registered)
- Scope is fixed before work starts — the price doesn't change during the project
- Invoiced by Vorantis OÜ
A ready-made Shopify template without proper tax, shipping and stock setup for your country is cheaper, but getting that setup right is work you'd otherwise do yourself by trial and error. Agencies quote €8,000–12,000 for comparable scope. We do the same setup for a fixed price and show every step.
Guarantee
What we guarantee
The guarantees are written so you can check them: with a test order, a speed measurement, or a sign-off document.
Payments work. Before launch we run a real end-to-end test purchase — we don't switch to live mode until it works
Speed. If we miss 2.5 seconds on the product page per a PageSpeed measurement, we fix it free
Devices. Any layout or checkout break within 30 days of launch is fixed free
Timeline. If we miss the deadline through our own fault, the price drops 5% per day late, up to 25%
Access. The payment account, domain and platform are set up in your name from day one. You can leave with your catalogue, no buyout
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Before we start we look at your current catalogue, orders and customer list and move them to the new platform. This is scoped in the first call — if the migration turns out to be more complex than usual because of a non-standard data structure, we'll say so separately and before signing.
It depends on your volume and who runs the store afterwards. Shopify is a monthly subscription (from €25–65) with less server maintenance. WooCommerce runs on WordPress, has one-off hosting costs and more room for customisation. We give a recommendation after talking about your range and team, not before.
The payment provider (usually Stripe) pays money directly into your bank account on its own schedule, minus a transaction fee (typically 1.5–2.9%). We're never a middleman for the money — the provider account is registered to your company.
The base upload covers up to 300 products, included in the package price. Each additional batch of 100 products is priced separately from the table — we quote the amount at the audit, once we've seen your actual catalogue, not after work has started.
30 days of support are already included in the price. After that, either one-off fixes at €90/hour, or monthly care: platform updates, backups, up to 2 hours of edits and new product uploads within a limit.
Tell us about your range — we'll say whether this package fits or not
On the first call we go through your catalogue, payment and shipping methods, and tell you honestly if the job can be solved more simply or a different way.
