A logo and visual identity in 3 weeks
A logo, colours, fonts and the rules for using them, put together so that your documents, website and social profiles look like one company rather than three different ones.
Price
€2,990
Timeline
3 weeks
Who it is for
Who this package is for
- The logo was put together in a hurry and you feel awkward putting it on a quotation
- The logo exists only as one low-quality file, nobody knows where the original is, and it goes blurry in print
- Every document is laid out differently: different fonts, different shades of blue
- You are entering a new market and your current look does not match the prices you want to charge
- You are registering a new company and want to start properly straight away
This is not for you if
- You only need a logo — take it on its own for €890 and do not overpay
- You are a large company with several product lines
- The brief is to copy an existing example — we do not copy other people's work
What is included
What the work covers
Groundwork
- A review of how you actually differ, who your client is, how you want to look and how you definitely do not
- A review of 8–12 competitors — we open and examine every site by hand
- Two style directions presented as collages — you choose one
Logo
- Three different concepts — three approaches, not three shades of the same idea
- Two rounds of edits on the chosen concept
- Final versions: primary, horizontal, vertical, compact mark, black and white, and reversed
- Legibility checks: 16 pixels on screen, 15 millimetres in print, embroidery, engraving — we look at every size with our own eyes rather than just scaling it
- Formats: SVG, PDF, EPS, PNG with transparency, JPG, ICO
- A check against the Estonian and EU trade mark registers for obvious matches
Visual identity
- Palette: two primary colours, two secondary and a set of neutrals, with HEX, RGB, CMYK and Pantone values
- Contrast checked against the WCAG AA standard — readable with weak eyesight and in sunlight
- Typography: a heading font and a body font, sizes, spacing, commercial licences only
- Usage rules: clear space, minimum size, what must not be done
- Graphic elements: 4–6 details — a pattern, a frame, an icon style, a photo treatment
Ready-made materials
- A double-sided business card and an A4 letterhead
- A quotation template
- A presentation: 10 layouts in PowerPoint or Keynote plus a Google Slides version
- An email signature for Gmail and Outlook
- Cover images and profile pictures for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram at the correct sizes
- Six post templates in Canva
- A vector file for a sign or a vehicle sticker
- All files sorted into folders with names you can understand
Guidelines
- A 20–30 page PDF guide in your language
- A short 2-page version for suppliers: printers, advertising agencies, merchandise workshops

Results
What this gives you
The logo stays sharp everywhere
The vector file works the same on a business card 5 centimetres wide and on a banner 5 metres wide.
Your documents look like one set
The client sees a company rather than a pile of unrelated files from different suppliers.
Suppliers stop asking questions
Two pages for the printer, and the result comes out right the first time, with no reprints at your expense.
A presentation takes an hour to assemble
Ready-made layouts instead of building every slide from scratch.
The colours are readable for everyone
Contrast is checked against the standard: visible on a poor monitor and on a screen in sunlight.
You can ask a higher price
This is not a guarantee but an observed pattern: a tidy appearance removes part of the objection to price.
Important note
A brand does not bring in clients by itself. It removes the doubt of someone who has already found you. We are accountable for the quality and completeness of the materials, not for the number of enquiries.
Not included
What is not included
- Naming and domain checks — €590 separately
- Trade mark registration and legal opinion — that is done by a patent attorney
- A website
- Packaging design for a specific manufacturer
- Printing — we hand over the files, you print them
- Photography
- Video and logo animation
- Copy for the website and for advertising
We can recommend a printer in Tallinn and prepare the files for them, but you sign the printing contract directly.
Price
What it costs
- Payment: 50% at the start, 50% on handover
- Prices exclude VAT; the reverse charge applies for companies in the EU
- The rights transfer to you once payment is complete
A €100–319 logo is one picture in one format: no print versions, no palette, no rules and no templates. Six months later you end up paying a second time. In Finland, a logo alone for a small company costs €400–1,200. We deliver a set that settles the question for several years.
Guarantee
What we guarantee
If the result does not suit you, there is a way out agreed in advance rather than a negotiation after the fact.
If none of the three concepts works, we draw three more at no charge, once
If it still does not work after the second round, we return 50% of the payment and part ways, and the drafts stay with us
If you need a format that is not in the archive, even a year later, we produce it at no charge
The full transfer of rights is put in writing, with no extra fee for usage
If we miss the deadline through our own fault, the price drops by 5% for each day of delay, up to 25%
Questions
Common questions
Ten concepts is a sign that the brief was not understood and that you are being asked to guess. We spend the first days going through your situation and your market, and then produce three considered and genuinely different approaches.
We draw it from scratch, without templates or generators. We check the Estonian and EU trade mark registers for obvious matches. That does not replace a legal opinion — if you need one, we prepare the files and point you to a patent attorney.
Yes, for €890: the logo, every version and format, and short usage rules. If you later want the full identity, you pay the difference — you do not pay for the logo a second time.
That is a fair concern. In this situation we usually do not draw a new logo from scratch but make a careful revision: we keep the recognisable shape and colour while fixing the technical problems — proportions, legibility at small sizes, the missing vector file. We settle this at the first meeting.
Yes. We check how the name reads and looks in all of your languages and, where needed, produce a version without the tagline or with a local spelling.
Show us how the company looks now and we will say what is worth changing
In the first conversation we tell you honestly whether you need the whole package or whether revising the existing logo is enough.
